Primary Schools: Superhero School
A popular session which gives pupils the opportunity to cast themselves in the role of their very own superhero.
Working in pairs the pupils will plan an idea for their comic strip before using digital cameras to take photographs of each other. The photographs will then be transferred on to Apple Mac computers to allow pupils to create their very own comic strip with titles and speech bubbles. Finished comic strips will be printed off in full colour.
This workshop addresses a number of KS1&2 outcomes from the English, Art and Design, Design and Technology and ICT curriculum.
